  • Winemaking: Vinified using the “bica aberta” method, with temperature control in stainless steel vats. It was then subjected to a period of ageing in new oak barrels with periodic bâtonnage.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale pink wine. Delicate and complex nose, with notes of wild berries and light references to coconut and toasted American oak. Excellent volume on the palate, persistent with balanced acidity.
  • Maturation: 6 months estágio in American oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10°C and 12°C
