Impar Red is the result of the 2014 harvest of grapes from the Boavista vineyard. It has a dense aroma, with ripe fruit and some liqueurs, polished and quite attractive. Very good on the palate, soft, velvety and with a very balanced texture due to the beautiful acidity and tannin structure. At its best now.

  • Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes, fermented in small tanks, followed by a long maceration. Aged in new American oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Dark red color, dense aroma, with ripe fruit and some liqueurs, polished and quite attractive. Very good mouthfeel, soft, velvety and with a very balanced texture due to the beautiful acidity and tannin structure.
  • Maturation: Aged for 30 months in 16 American oak barrels.
