  • Soil: Clay-limestone soil
  • Winemaking: Late manual harvest with selection of bunches from the 7 best lines of the Alicante Bouschet plot. These lines have a very low production resulting in highly concentrated wines. After prolonged maceration, the wine aged in new barrels for around 30 months, giving rise to an Alicante Bouschet with the well-known and typical style of Alto Alentejo.
