  • Soil: An original investment in a plot of classic French grape varieties, planted on a small plateau with wide horizons, within sight of the mountains but out of their shadow. It is the plot with the greatest exposure to the sun, hence the name, and to the refreshing Atlantic winds. Clay-limestone soils, approximately 5 km from the Atlantic coast. Strong Atlantic influence, with summers of moderate temperatures. The presence of the Sintra mountains leads to the formation of fog and the maintenance of high relative humidity.
  • Winemaking: This wine is the result of careful vinification of the two grape varieties using the classic “open spout” process, with total destemming. The resulting must was statically decanted for 18 hours and began spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (16-18ºC) for 14 days.
  • Tasting Notes: An elegant wine that combines the tropical and fresh notes of Chardonnay with the more mature and vegetal notes of Semillon.
