Dinamite Blanc de Noir is a pale copper-colored sparkling wine. Its intense and complex aroma is characterized by dried fruits and bread yeast that stand out in an austere ensemble. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and abundant with a soft, creamy foam. It reveals freshness and persistence in the finish.

  • Soil: The vineyards are located in the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area.
  • Winemaking: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dried fruits and bread yeast stand out in an austere ensemble. On the palate, the bubble is fine and abundant with soft and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence in the finish.
  • Maturation: 24 months in bottle.
  • Serve: Between 6ºC and 8ºC

  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
