Molto Negre is a sparkling wine with a pale pink colour and golden reflections. Delicate, small bubbles that are released constantly. Good intensity on the nose, with aromas of red fruits combined with citrus. On the palate, it has a tasty attack, with well-integrated carbon dioxide. Fruity and slightly creamy, with notes of liquorice and good acidity that gives it a fresh finish.

  • Soil: Grapes from indigenous vines that adapt very well to the granite and clay soils of the property, which, together with the microclimate of the area, make them unique. The vines are formed in a V shape. The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes come from vineyards facing south in Galicia, bordered by the River Minho.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were hand-picked during the first week of September, always according to previous sampling, ensuring optimum ripeness. The skins were macerated for 2 hours in order to extract the maximum aromatic nutrients from the variety. Afterwards, a light pressing and selection were carried out to make the base wine. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (16ºC). Once fermentation was complete, the base was obtained and the second fermentation was carried out in the bottle. Tiragem (bottling for the second fermentation) was carried out and the wine was placed in the cellar to ferment and age for a minimum of 10 months.

On the palate, it has a tasty attack, with well-integrated carbon dioxide. Fruity and slightly creamy, with notes of liquorice and good acidity that gives it a fresh finish.
