Druida Encruzado Vinha da Pedra Azul is a wine made from a single plot located on a plateau at an altitude of 500 metres. The soil has an upper layer of clay and a bedrock composed of blue granite, which gives the wine a very distinct minerality and freshness.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Granitic soils, with clay.
  • Winemaking: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out in raw concrete egg-shaped tanks using indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow color, nose with intense aromas of ripe white fruit, orange blossom, a light smokiness, and a delicate touch of honey. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, crisp and pronounced acidity, finishing with a long persistence and a strong gastronomic appeal.
  • Maturation: It was aged for 9 months on its total lees in concrete eggs, without any contact with wood, preserving the purity of the fruit.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
