  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested into 20 kg boxes. Crushing with total destemming and skin maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature.

  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Minimal intervention.
