  • Winemaking: Careful selection of grapes, which are then pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. During this process, the characteristic flavors and aromas of the grapes are extracted, resulting in a wine with a unique personality.

  • Maturation: In the case of Piano Black Ruby Reserva Port Wine, the aging time can vary, but is generally 48 months. During this period, the wine acquires an elegant structure and a rich palette of flavors.
