  • Soil: Grapes from very old vines, over 90 years old, in sandy soils of granite origin and at altitudes above 500m.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 20kg boxes. Reception with complete destemming, crushing, followed by cold maceration for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC. Partial fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Very exuberant aroma with predominance of floral characteristics, lemon peel, light vegetal and soft notes of boxwood. Elegant with a very present acidity and a very fresh finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
