  • Soil: Located in the heart of Cima-Corgo in the municipality of Alijó, with different sun exposures and altitudes, to better reflect the full potential and versatility of our terroir.
  • Winemaking: The grapes for Piano Brut Sparkling Wine were harvested between the 1st and 2nd week of September. The grapes are protected from oxidation upon arrival and, after being destemmed, are sent to a pneumatic press, where they are gently pressed. The must is left to settle for 24 hours. When it reaches the desired turbidity, the wine is separated from the lees that have formed in the meantime and this clean must is fermented with the inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place for approximately 15 days, always at a controlled temperature to not exceed 14ºC. The base wine thus obtained is stabilized, clarified and bottled, followed by a 2nd fermentation in the bottle (classical method).
  • Tasting Notes: With a citrus color, it has a fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is fresh, with floral notes, white fruits and light hints of toasted bread. In the mouth, it is creamy, with freshness and lightness provided by a lively but balanced acidity. Its finish is elegant and aromatic.
  • Maturation: After the 2nd fermentation, the 12-month maturation allows this wine to reach optimum quality for consumption.
  • Serve: Between 6ºC and 8ºC
