Piano Grande Reserva Red is a wine with a deep black colour, with beautiful violets. With balsamic aromas and notes of dense black fruits, well combined with vanilla resulting from the ageing in wood. In the mouth, it reveals itself dense, with well-presented tannins and a refreshing acidity typical of our “terroir”. A set of elegant flavours and smooth density, with a long and persistent finish.

  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a deep black colour, with beautiful violets. Balsamic aromas and notes of dense black fruits, well combined with vanilla resulting from the ageing in wood. In the mouth, it reveals itself dense, with well-presented tannins and a refreshing acidity typical of our “terroir”. A set of elegant flavours and smooth density, with a long and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Fermentation in 12-ton stainless steel tanks, fermentation for 10 days, followed by a further 5 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aging for 18 months in new barrels, after which the wine is stabilized, followed by bottling and aging for 12 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC
