  • Soil: The grapes are harvested by variety and plot into 20 kg boxes. Once fully destemmed, they are crushed. The must is then lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the required clarity. It ferments at a temperature of 13-14°C in a tank, intended to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
  • Winemaking: This wine was produced from different plots of the Rabigato variety located in the Meda region, in the Douro Superior, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters.
  • Tasting Notes: A clear-colored wine with aromas of white fruits and fresh citrus notes. On the palate, it's minerally, tense, and very persistent.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
