  • Soil: The grapes come from different plots of vineyards at Quinta Vale d'Aldeia, located in the Meda region, at an altitude of around 450m. East facing and with very schist soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and parcels in 20 kg boxes. Once completely destemmed, they are crushed. The must is then pressed lightly and decanted until it reaches the required clarity. Fermented at a temperature of between 13/14ºC in a tank for about 3 weeks in order to enhance the aromas.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a citrus color and fruity aroma with pineapple, peach, tropical notes of papaya and mango. The acidity is balanced with a long and pleasant finish.
