Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Schist soil with laminated rocks. Dry continental climate with very high temperatures in summer and cold in winter.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked and placed in 120kg boxes. They are then crushed and destemmed and sent to the press, where the skins undergo a light maceration to increase the complexity and structure of the wine. The must is then decanted into stainless steel tanks for 48 hours at 10ºC to separate the coarse lees. The must is then drained and fermentation begins at a temperature of 14ºC to preserve the fresh fruit. Finally, the wine is aged for 7 months in stainless steel on its lees to gain length while preserving the fruit.
  • Tasting Notes: Lemon color, medium intensity aroma with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and floral notes well combined with light toast from the aging in French oak. In the mouth it is a fresh, elegant and long-lasting wine.
  • Maturation: Aged for 7 months in stainless steel on total lees.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
