  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand and transported in 25Kg crates. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature in an honest and unmanipulated way, respecting the profile of the grapes and the terroir.
  • Tasting Notes: A light straw-yellow wine with a complex profile, highlighting saline and mineral notes on the nose, not just citrus. On the palate, a saline and vibrant acidity provides a long and harmonious finish. Its texture is surprisingly firm for a white wine, revealing its honest and unfiltered nature.
  • Maturation: 6 months aging in Hungarian oak barrels and an additional 24 months in bottle.
