  • Soil: The grapes come from the highest areas of the Douro, at altitudes between 500 and 550 metres, allowing for a good range of temperatures, i.e. heat during the day and cold at night. These conditions are extremely important for slow ripening in order to preserve the aromas, freshness and acidity of the grape variety.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and plots in 20 kg boxes. Once completely destemmed, they are crushed. The must is then gently pressed and decanted until it reaches the required clarity. It ferments at a temperature of between 15ºC and 16ºC in a tank for around 3 weeks, with the aim of enhancing the primary aromas. The wine is then fined before being bottled.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a clear, citrus colour with a fruity aroma of pineapple, tropical and mineral notes. Very gastronomic on the palate with citrus notes. It has a very fresh and mineral finish.
