Viñas Bastardas is a wine with a bright ruby ​​red colour and a fine layer. It has an aromatic nose of ripe red fruits, with balsamic notes reminiscent of its Mediterranean forest origins, and a slightly spicy black pepper. On the palate it is more mature, with fruit jams and spicy notes predominating. On the palate it is fresh and polished, with a sweet and slightly toasted finish due to its time in the barrel.

  • Soil: Those vineyards have been cared for for generations, and have become part of the region and the landscape. Then came the territorial boundaries and designations of origin, and they were excluded and disqualified for a few kilometers. Those vineyards, now centuries old and survivors of time, famine and the extreme climate of the Altiplano, were left unprotected, orphaned, without a name for no apparent reason. Without origin, without a future. At Casa Rojo they believe that the time has come, which is why they selected and harvested those vineyards close to their winery in Paraje de La Raja, and produced this wine.
