  • Soil: Located in Gualtallary, Tupungato. Vineyard with an altitude of 1,470 meters and with deep and rocky limestone soils.
  • Winemaking: Wild yeasts with a maximum temperature of 28ºC for 22 days, with 28 days of maceration. 5 different harvests (5 weeks between the first and last).
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby red color with violet reflections. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackcurrant and cherry, floral notes, such as violet, as well as nuances of spices. Elegant and full-bodied with refined tannins and a long, persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 15 months in a 100-year-old foudre.
