  • Winemaking: From a plot in Antão Vaz, the best grapes were selected and remained on the vine until November. This allowed the rot to develop in these berries, increasing the concentration of sugars. Fermentation then took place at low temperatures, around 12ºC, for around 30 days.
  • Tasting Notes: This wine has an intense aroma of figs, dried fruits, marmalade and honey. On the palate it reveals a pleasant sweetness and an interesting volume and elegance. It finishes long and with a balanced, vibrant acidity.
