  • Soil: Soils of sedimentary origin, with a clayey texture and high limestone content. Mild climate with a marked Atlantic influence.
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested at the beginning of October during the night. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in concrete. Maturation is carried out (30%) in French oak barrels and the remainder (70%) in concrete vats for a minimum of 9 months. No allergenic or animal-derived products are used in the production of this wine.
  • Tasting Notes: Elegant aroma, rich in black fruit, with a chemical side typical of the variety. Tasty, with a powerful, intense and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels and the remainder in concrete tanks.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
