  • Soil: Vineyard with approximately 35 years old.
  • Winemaking: The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 2nd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, destemmed and partially crushed, and the fermentation process was then carried out over 15 days, concluded with 8 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation followed.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. With a concentrated aroma of black fruit, with elegant notes of mocha and vanilla coffee. In the mouth it is enveloping with good freshness on the palate, with evident fruit and great complexity. Velvety tannins, long and persistent finish. A promising wine with great longevity.
  • Maturation: Aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC with prior decantation. Subject to creating deposits.
