Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva Red is a wine with an intense garnet colour with violet hues. It has a very complex aroma, with wild berries, rockrose, various spices and a touch of smoke, which is very captivating. Deep and distinctive, full-bodied, with round and silky tannins. Excellent acid balance that gives it a lot of freshness and confirms the entire character of Baixo Corgo.

  • Soil: The vineyard has complex schist-graywatic soils worked on traditional terraces, on steep slopes next to the Douro River, giving the wines unique characteristics of minerality, freshness and elegance.
  • Winemaking: Total destemming, prolonged but gentle skin maceration, and alcoholic fermentation in robotic presses, at a temperature of 26ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense garnet colour with violet hues. It has a very complex aroma, with wild berries, rockrose, various spices and a touch of smoke, very captivating. Deep and distinctive, full-bodied, with round and silky tannins. Excellent acid balance that gives it a lot of freshness and confirms the entire character of Baixo Corgo.
