  • Soil: The grapes that produce this wine are found in the Monção and Melgaço sub-region. They come from vineyards on granite soils on the slopes, and the continental climate is influenced by the Serra D'Arga.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decantation for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Light lemon yellow color. Delicate aroma, with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. In the mouth it is creamy, fresh with minerality from the granite soils, with an interesting and balanced finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
