  • Soil: The region was demarcated in 1908 and is mostly composed of limestone soils. The production area currently covers 160 hectares, distributed mainly along the gentle slopes of the Trancão River valley. The region's typical microclimate is quite cold in winter and mild in summer, with sometimes calm days but cool nights at the mercy of the breezes from the Tagus river.
  • Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts in used 228L barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: A clean, pale wine with a greenish-yellow color. Light vanilla aroma, medium intensity, saline, biscuit, wet stone, mango. On the palate it is dry, unctuous, high acidity, medium body, light vanilla, lime and a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel barrels on total lees.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes
  • Conservation: With longevity until 2026.
