  • Soil: Soils of granite origin with large rocky outcrops.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 20 days with gentle maceration. Transfer to used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place.
  • Tasting Notes: Soft ruby color with aromas of red fruits, raspberries and wild strawberries. On the palate it is very round and fresh with notes of sweet spices and a long and elegant finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in used barrels and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
