La Marimorena is a bright, clean, golden-yellow wine. It reveals Atlantic aromas. It presents some floral notes of jasmine and violets, covered by excellent fruit with the presence of aromas of fresh peach. On the palate it is elegant, persistent, citrusy and mineral.

  • Soil: Grapes from native vines very well adapted to the granite and clay soils of the property, which, together with the microclimate of the area, makes them unique. The harvest is carefully done by hand. The grapes come from vineyards facing south of Galicia, bordered by the River Minho and crossed by the River Tea, which runs from north to south.
  • Winemaking: Fermentation of only yolk must to extract the greatest amount of aromas and nuances from the grape.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a lemon-yellow color, with greenish tones, clean and bright. On the nose it has a high intensity, complexity and varietal aromas such as white flower, magnolia, which stand out in a mixture of apple and tangerine. On the palate it is fresh, persistent and with a very refreshing acidity in the finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 4 months on fine lees.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
