Alexander vs. The Ham Factory 2015

Alexander vs. The Ham Factory is a wine with a deep garnet red colour. On the nose it is complex with notes of fruit and aromas of ageing. Very ripe black fruit (blackberry and blueberry) and delicious notes of toasted smoke from the French oak barrels. It reveals a high structure, sweet, round and long on the palate, where the balsamic notes of the wood stand out, with sweet tannins that envelop the fruit, enhancing it. On the nose it is intense. Intense and long finish.
