Pequenos Rebentos Touché is an elegant wine, with a light ruby ​​colour, delicate with some fresh fruit in the aroma and tense on the palate, with a long finish. Produced from vines from Melgaço that are around 90 years old, with a blend of grape varieties, including Bastardo, Alvarelhão, Caínho Tinto, among others, in a limited production of 800 bottles.

  • Soil: This wine comes from vines in Melgaço that are around 90 years old, with a mixture of grape varieties, including Bastardo, Alvarelhão, Caínho Tinto, among others.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes macerated for 24 hours. As soon as spontaneous fermentation began, they were pressed and finished fermenting in used barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Elegant wine from the light ruby color, delicate with some fresh fruit in the aroma and tense in the mouth, with a long finish.
  • Maturation: Malolactic fermentation was carried out with total lees, in used barrels for 8 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
  • Winemaker: Márcio Lopes
  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
  • Food Pairing: All types of cod, octopus rice, francesinha and grilled sardines.
