The 70/30 White is a lemon-colored wine with honey notes. Fruity and vegetal, with aromas of riper fruit, such as apple and quince. Hints of white pepper. Very mineral and explosive. Intense, dense and fresh. Dry vegetal notes, scraped stone and ripe fruit dominate, giving it a mysterious tone. Well-defined acidity, complex and very lively on the palate.
