  • Soil: The Chenin Blanc grapes come from approximately 50-year-old vines, grown on trellises in soils composed of calcium carbonate and red clay, located in Los Arboles.
  • Winemaking: After fermentation with wild yeasts, the wine is decanted into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Finally, it is bottled without fining or filtration, to ensure the full expression of the grape variety.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a young, fresh aromatic profile, with intensely fruity and some floral notes. On the palate, it has a medium body and lively acidity. It is fruity, dry, smooth, with a moderate and balanced alcohol content. It has a long finish with a salty touch.
