  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Grapes were hand-picked and placed in small 20kg boxes. They were kept in a cold chamber for 24 hours before being pressed. The resulting must fermented spontaneously in used French oak barrels (70%) and stainless steel tanks (30%).
  • Tasting Notes: Bright and intense color. This wine has an aromatic complexity that is very characteristic of the variety, with good citrus and mineral notes. Very fresh, well-balanced on the palate, with a natural acidity that is very characteristic of the Arinto variety.
  • Maturation: Aging (without batonage) for 12 months before batching and bottling, plus 12 months of aging in the bottle for integration.
