  • Soil: Sandy of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The grapes arrive at the winery in 20 kg boxes and are gently pressed. The must is decanted at 8ºC for two to three days.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine colour that presents enormous complexity, freshness and tropical notes on the nose. On the palate it shows excellent structure and texture, revealing the complexity that can be guessed on the nose. A wine with a very fresh and tense profile, with crisp acidity, giving it a notable long and delicate finish.
  • Maturation: Aged on total lees in new and used 500 and 600 liter French oak barrels for 10 months.
