  • Soil: Carlão, Cima Corgo. Vineyards 110-130 years old at 580-720m altitude, soils in transition from schist to granite, with an average production of 1100kg/ha.
  • Winemaking: Horse-drawn ploughing. Manual harvest into 18kg boxes. Direct pressing of whole bunches, cold decantation, barrel fermentation with bâttonage.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine yellow, disconcerting nose, complex, notes of white pulp fruit. The attack is fresh and rich with great depth.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in neutral barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
