  • Soil: The grapes come from old vines that are approximately 40 years old. Grape production in integrated production mode.
  • Winemaking: In stainless steel tank with temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Yellow color with greenish hues. Citrus notes, fresh and exotic fruit, minerals, fresh and persistent. Wine with personality.
  • Maturation: 1/3 of the batch ages for 3 months in French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel vats until bottling.
