  • Soil: Vineyard with granite soil at an altitude of 465 meters.
  • Winemaking: Decantation for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a low temperature of 14-15°C in stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Notes: Fine and elegant structure but with great aromatic intensity. Citrus notes, exotic fruit and minerality stand out. Very intense and long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, followed by 2 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 14ºC
