  • Soil: Plot of 2.5 hectares, part of a group of 12 hectares, of new vineyards (planted in 2003), installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (375 meters), exposed to the south, with a gradient of approximately 20%. Soil of granite origin. 1 hectare of very old vineyards (over 130 years old) with mixed white and red varieties, without any orientation of rows.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on the 5th and 10th of September.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a citrus color, revealing complex aromas of white-fleshed fruits, vanilla and mineral notes. In the mouth it is dense and voluminous, with fruits and acidity producing a long and tasty finish.
  • Maturation: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC. It should be decanted 30 minutes before serving.
  • Winemaker: Francisco Montenegro and Amílcar Salgado
  • Conservation: Immediate consumption.
