  • Soil: The plants grow on slopes between 350 and 400 metres above sea level. The vineyard is managed under an integrated protection programme, and the application of herbicides is prohibited. Weed control is carried out by tilling the soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually when they reach their optimum ripeness, which is in the second half of September. The grapes are harvested in small 10kg boxes.
