It reveals fresh tropical aromas of pineapple, emerging after swirling the glass, with subtle perfumed notes of orange blossom. At first taste, it is broad and has clean acidity, evolving into an expressive and balanced wine.

  • Soil: Grapes from two different plots, at an altitude of approximately 240m. The vineyard on the top is trained in a unilateral cordon, while the vineyard on the terraces is trained in a bilateral cordon.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of August. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, at the entrance to the winery, they were refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright, light yellow in appearance, with slight greenish reflections. This Rabigato reveals fresh tropical aromas of pineapple, emerging after shaking the glass, with subtle perfumed notes of orange blossom. At first taste, it is broad and has clean acidity, evolving into an expressive and balanced wine.
