  • Soil: The grapes come from 20-year-old vines of the Viosinho variety. Training using bilateral cordon and heel pruning.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September. After selecting bunches in the vineyard, at the entrance to the winery, they were refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine in color and crystal clear in appearance. Seductive and pronounced aroma of citrus fruits, nuances of tropical fruits and a touch of orange blossom. The freshness revealed on the nose is transversal throughout the tasting, presenting itself soft, with good amplitude and volume in the mouth.
