  • Soil: The vineyards that produce this wine are located at an altitude of over 400m on schist soils.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and carefully pressed, where the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it will undergo static decantation for a period of 24 hours. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation, where 50% of the fermentation takes place in stainless steel and the remaining 50% in 225L barrels at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16º. This is followed by a period of aging for 8 months on the fine lees.

  • Maturation: Aged for 8 months on fine lees.
