Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyards derived from schist and granite.
  • Winemaking: Made from the Síria, Arinto and Viognier grape varieties, this wine is full of flavour and personality. The grapes were harvested at the optimum point of their analytical and aromatic ripeness, then crushed and cold pressed. The must obtained was left to rest for 48 hours, followed by fermentation for 20 days at 12-14ºC. The wine was kept in contact with the fine lees for 3 months before being bottled.
