  • Winemaking: Grape selection at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Dark ruby with great shine, very complex aroma, a mix of various ripe wild fruits, rich palate with flavors of mint, spices and red fruits. Very elegant, with soft tannins, a persistent finish and an acidity that conveys freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
