  • Winemaking: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method.
  • Tasting Notes: Crystal clear appearance, citrine color. Notes of citrus fruits, enveloped by nuances of biscuit and light toast. Smooth with a silky mousse, balanced and harmonious, finishing long and fresh.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in the bottle.
