  • Soil: The grapes come from a very poor vineyard of schist or granite origin.
  • Winemaking: Very selective manual harvest, in 20 kg boxes. Atypical vinification for the Alentejo. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations; “Cuivason” of more than 20 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated ruby color. Intense, warm nose with notes of black forest fruits and spices. Full, warm attack, loaded with aroma, with tannins.
