  • Winemaking: Very selective manual night-time arrival in 20kg boxes. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Long fermentation at 12ºC, part in stainless steel tanks (80%) and part in barrels (20%). Intense battonage during the first 30 days in barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Intense, fresh nose with floral notes and citrus fruits. Fresh attack, with texture, rich aromas and good persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in French and American oak.
