  • Soil: Clay-limestone with shale outcrops.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked and aged for 72 hours in a refrigerated truck before pressing in a pneumatic press. Static decantation at cold temperatures for 48 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 18ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: A very delicate pink wine with a complex aroma on the nose, with hints of red fruit and light toast. The palate is complex with several layers, a solid structure marked by various nuances and a long, persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Partial aging for 7 months in French oak and acacia.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
