The Eremitas Amon de Kelia White is a wine that comes from a medium-depth soil, with a micro-quartz fault running through the entire plot, at an altitude of 500 metres.

  • Soil: The grapes come from vineyards on schist soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are crushed by foot in a “calcatórium” (granite basin) for 3 hours, followed by pressing in a vertical press. The must flows by gravity into cement vats in an underground cellar with optimal natural temperature and humidity conditions. Spontaneous fermentation takes place without temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Although all the wines in the "Eremitas" range are vinified in the same way, the plots produce different wines! In this case, it is a medium-depth soil, with a micro-quartz fault running through the entire plot, at an altitude of 500 meters.
