Funky Laranja is a wine with a translucent orange color. It has a very complex aroma, with fruity notes at first, reminiscent of peach, but a mineral and floral note quickly emerges, suggesting mountain flowers. On the palate, creaminess prevails, with noticeable fruit flavors, satiny touches and a dry, somewhat tannic finish.

  • Soil: Grapes from old vines in the Douro.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decantation for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Translucent orange color. Very complex aroma, with fruity notes at first, reminiscent of peach, but soon a mineral and floral part emerges, suggesting mountain flowers. On the palate, creaminess prevails, with notable fruit flavors, satiny touches and a dry and somewhat tannic finish.
  • Maturation: Stainless steel, barrel and bottle.
