  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, gentle pneumatic pressing followed by cold maceration for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel vats, fermentation ends in the bottle, resulting in carbon dioxide.
  • Tasting Notes: Cloudy yellow color. Aroma characteristic of the variety, but with a more citrusy nuance with hints of lemon zest. On the palate it is quite fresh, with crisp acidity, abundant mousse at first, becoming soft and creamy with a citrusy combination.
